Description & Objectives
Accelerated Second Degree Program:
An accelerated B.S.N. program designed especially for the individual holding a bachelor's degree in another field who is drawn to the rich and diverse experience that nursing offers. The curriculum of this intensive program prepares students to master clinical skills and theoretical knowledge, to build on the strength of previous education and much more. Upon successful completion of the program, a B.S.N. is conferred.
Duration:
12 months
Admission Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA; Successful completion of prerequisite coursework with a minimum 2.75 GPA; Completed application with a personal goals statement; Possible interview.
